LCH will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that Users are notified of any change on the T&C. If the User does not accept any changes made therein, they should stop accessing the Website and close their account. The continued access on the website after changes were made effective shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the changes by the User.

Rules and explanations for participating in any of LCH's Games, maintaining the User Member Account, Privacy Policy, and other important information are provided in separate links in the Website and incorporated into these T&C by reference.

1.10.
LCH at its own discretion, reserves the right to add and remove Games without notice to its Users.

1.11.
These T&C are published in its Website in various languages for ease of understanding by its Users. In case of conflict in its interpretation, it is the English version that shall govern.

1.12.
In case LCH has confirmed during investigation that a User has registered or attempted to register more than one (1) Member Account in its Website, LCH may block or close any or all of the User’s registered Member Account at its discretion. However, LCH may allow the User to maintain one (1) of its Member Account subject to LCH’s discretion. All winnings, promos and jackpots received from the other doubtful Member Accounts shall be forfeited in favor of LCH.

1.14.
If the User opens or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, LiveCasinoHouse may block or close any or all of the User's accounts at its discretion. Should LiveCasinoHouse allow the User to maintain one account, it shall be the first created account with LiveCasinoHouse, to which the User's remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. 2.1.
Registration and opening of the User member account:

2.1.1.
In order to participate in any of LCH's Games for real money, the applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account with LCH (“Member Account”). Once a Member Account has been created, the User may deposit into its Member Account through the methods specified in the Sign-Up page.

2.1.2.
Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play including residents of Australia, Austria, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France and it’s territories, Netherlands and it’s territories, Saba, Spain, Statia, St Martin, United Kingdom, the USA and it’s territories, and/or any other jurisdiction that the Central Government of Curacao deems online gambling illegal (“Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not allowed to register a Member Account with LCH.
LCH regularly screens registrations for any anomalies or irregularities and will immediately close and deactivate Member Accounts originating from any of the Prohibited Jurisdictions.
It is the User’s responsibility to determine the legal status of internet gambling in User’s jurisdiction and act accordingly. The availability of LCH’s Website in any particular jurisdiction does not constitute an offer or invitation to register and wager in the Games displayed in its Website. LCH shall not be held liable with respect to User’s actions where internet gambling is illegal in the jurisdiction where they registered their Member Account which is an explicit violation of the T&C.

2.1.3.
LCH reserves the right to appoint Payment Partners to act, receive and/or pay funds on behalf of LCH.

2.1.4.
The User is allowed to only have one (1) Member Account registered in this Website. If User attempts to open more than one (1) Member Account, all accounts the User tried to open may be blocked or closed in accordance with Clause 1.14.

2.1.5.
If the User notices that he has more than one (1) Member Account registered under different names, the User shall immediately notify LCH and Clause 1.14 shall be applied to resolve it.

2.1.6.
A request to open a Member Account is made by completing an online registration form. LCH reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account.

2.1.7.
All information provided in the registration process must be complete, valid and accurate. LCH conducts “Know your Customers” (“KYC”) procedures and may request additional information or documents if needed. LCH may appoint a third-party provider to conduct KYC procedures to verify information and documents presented. In the event that LCH discovers that information provided in the registration process are false or misleading, LCH may suspend, block or close the Member’s Account until such time that User is able provide the requested documentation to justify re-activation User Member’s Account.

2.1.8.

LCH is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of the User's Member Account by third parties due to the User's disclosure of his login details, whether intentional or accidental, or whether User has an active or passive participation in its disclosure.

2.1.9.
The User is not allowed to transfer or receive funds from User’s Member Account to other Users or vice- versa.

2.1.10.
You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your balance or your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.

2.2.
Deposits into the User's Member Account

2.2.1.
The User may play or wager in any Game provided User has sufficient funds in the User's Member Account. LCH does not give credits to its Users in order to entice them to play or wager in LCH’s Games.

2.2.2.
Information relating to deposit methods and transaction history are provided in the “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. The User may choose any of the deposit methods available which may be amended by LCH from time to time. Please note that some of the deposit methods may not be availed in some countries.

2.2.3.
Depending on the deposit method selected, deposits may incur charges. For current fees and charges regarding deposit methods, you may access "My Account" and "Deposits". The User's bank may independently charge the User for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.

2.2.4.
LCH accepts deposits in multiple currencies. The User must choose a default currency which shall be reflected in the User’s Member Account. Any deposits received from the User by LCH in a currency other than the default currency shall be converted to the default currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Any exchange premiums are to be paid by the User.

2.2.5.
For deposits via credit or debit card, amount deposit shall be credited to the User’s Member Account only when LCH receives approval and authorization code from card’s issuing bank.

2.2.6.
LCH reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify the User's identity when effecting deposits into the User’s Member Account.

2.2.7.
Live Casino House do not grant any credit for the use of its services.

2.2.8.
Credit balances in the User's Member Account will not bear interest.

2.3. Account Administration


2.3.1
LCH from time to time monitors the User's Member Account by calculating the amount of money the User has wagered and its exposure at any time.

2.3.2
LCH´s calculations of the User's balance and amounts owed by the User under this T&C will be final. In the absence of any clear or evident error in calculation, LCH is not obliged to entertain any inquiry or investigation.

2.3.3
LCH is allowed to set-off any losses against any gains.

2.3.4
Any deposit made by the User shall remain in the User’s Member Account until the User places a bet or accepts a bet on the Games provided in the Website. LCH shall hold the amount staked by the User pending the outcome of the Game and a winner is declared.

2.3.5
Once a User places a bet on any Game, it may not be modified, cancelled or withdrawn.

2.4.
Payouts

2.4.1.
When the outcome or results of a Game has been determined and finalized, winning bets shall be credited to the respective User’s Member Account.

2.4.2.
If LCH mistakenly credited an amount to the User's Member Account, whether due to a technical, human error or otherwise, such disputed amount will be debited from the User’s Member Account and returned to LCH. If LCH has discovered this error after User has withdrawn the disputed amount, such amount withdrawn shall constitute as a debt owed by the User to LCH. LCH reserves the right to initiate any action and utilize available remedies provided by law. 2.4.3. LCH will conduct additional verification procedures for payout. LCH also reserves the right to conduct any verification procedures on the User’s Member Account for withdrawals if it deems necessary.

2.5.
Withdrawals from the User's Member Account

2.5.1.
The User may withdraw, the maximum withdrawal amount equivalent to the amount provided in the User’s “Available to Bet” balance only after a valid notice of withdrawal was made in compliance with the wagering requirements stated in the T&C and Rules of the Games.

2.5.2.
Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. LCH will not accept withdrawal requests made via chat or by electronic mail.

2.5.3.
In order to protect the User from erroneous and unauthorized withdrawals, LCH may allow withdrawals at the interval of twenty-four (24) hours period and may set a limit for amounts to be withdrawn.

2.5.4.
LCH offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. User may Withdrawals may incur charges depending on the withdrawal method selected. Any winnings in excess of the amount stated in 2.5.4 can be withdrawn through the method chosen by the User for deposit. Information on the current fees for withdrawals is found on "My Account" and by clicking on "Withdrawals". In addition, the User's own bank may charge handling fees which may vary from time to time.

2.5.5.
Live Casino House offer a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the selected method. Any winnings above the amount stated in 2.5.4 can be withdrawn through the method chosen by the User for deposit. Information on the current fees for withdrawals is found on "My Account" and by clicking on "Withdrawals". In addition, the User's own bank may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.

2.5.6.
In the interests of fair gaming and before withdrawals are processed, User's play will be reviewed to check if there is any irregular or unusual playing patterns including but not limited to, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting for play-through requirement purposes. Should LCH discovers that an irregular game play has occurred, LCH reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses arising thereof.



2.5.7.
For LCH to accept withdrawal requests, User must have at least placed bet or wagered once a deposit was made. Bonus awarded by LCH cannot be withdrawn and shall remain at the User’s Member Account, if the User has not complied with the LCH’s wagering requirements. LCH reserves the right to void any bonus awarded or cancel the offer of bonus to the User, due to User’s manipulation of it Member Account balances. In the event that User has already wagered part of total balance in the Member Account, LCH shall account on the bonuses and winning or losses before withdrawal can only be approved on the remaining balance in the User’s Member Account.

2.5.8.
Withdrawals to credit/debit card are not possible or allowed.

2.5.9
LCH will remit amounts withdrawn only to the same account from where the initial deposit was made or thru deposit method used by the User.

2.5.10.
The minimum payout amount is Ten US Dollars (US$10.00). For payouts below Fifty US Dollars (US$50.00), LCH reserves the right to charge transaction fees.

2.5.11.
LCH reserves the right to increase or decrease deposit and withdrawal limits of User’s Member Account without prior notice.

2.6
Live Casino House reserves the right to close the User's account in order to protect its interest and to avoid any damage it may cause.

2.6.1
The User may close his account at any time and LCH will return to the User all remaining balance available from the User's Member Account subject to the deduction of the relevant withdrawal charges.

2.6.2
The method for withdrawal of remaining balance due to closure of User’s Member Account is subject to the absolute discretion of LCH.

2.6.3
LCH reserves the right to close the User's Member Account and to refund to the User the "Available Balance, subject to the deduction of any relevant withdrawal charges, at LCH's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

2.6.4
If the User does not log onto his Member Account, for a period of one (1) year, the User’s Member Account is considered a dormant account. In this case, LCH has the right to forfeit the remaining balance from the User's Member Account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address of the User.

3.1.
The User hereby declares and warrants that:

3.1.1.
The User is at least eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age of majority as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to the User. The User shall be allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website unless explicitly prohibited under the laws of his jurisdiction that governs the User.

3.1.2.
The User confirms that he will access the Website solely for personal and non-professional capacity and ensures that User’s participation in any Games offered on the Website is for recreational and entertainment purposes and not for financial gain, whatsoever.

3.1.3.
The User affirms that his placing of bets or participation in the Games is made on his own free will, without force or duress from anyone and not on behalf of any other person.

3.1.4.
All information that the User provides to LCH during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete and correct. User shall immediately notify LCH of any change on such information.

3.1.5.
User is solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to him which are payable to the applicable regulatory authority under relevant laws for any winnings that the User receives from LCH.

3.1.6.
The User confirms that all funds deposited into the Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and do not originate from any unlawful activity or source.

3.1.7.
The User understands that Games provided in the Website are games of chance. User’s is aware that participation in these Games would entail risk of losing money deposited into the Member Account.

3.1.8.
The User shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, game fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to the User's or third parties’ participation in any of the Games. LCH prohibits the use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for the User's participation in any of the Games. LCH hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close the Member Account, to forfeit any winnings and bonus balances or invalidate the User's participation in a Game if proven guilty of committing those acts.

3.1.9.
In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from the User's Member Account, the User is only allowed to use credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to him. All other transactions (deposit and withdrawals) using other’s credit card or financial instruments are void.

3.1.10.
The computer software that LCH makes available to its User is the property of LCH or third party partners of LCH and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. The User may only use the software for the User's own personal and recreational use in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

3.1.11.
User is expected to play fairly in all Games provided in the Website in accordance with the rules specified therein. User must at all times be courteous towards LCH and with other Users and shall avoid any rude or obscene comments in emails, phone calls, chat rooms or other medium for communication.

3.1.12.
Games played on Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. The User shall be courteous to other Users and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including but not limited to chat rooms.

3.2.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts

3.2.1.
If no transaction has been recorded on User's account for twelve (12) successive months even though notice of probable dormancy of account was given to the User on the eleventh (11th) month, the User’s Member Account shall be deemed to be dormant. In this case, LCH reserves the right to forfeit all available cash and bonus balances on the User's Member Account. For dormant accounts, LCH at its discretion, may maintain or re-activate the User’s Member Account except if proven to be a fraudulent account, wherein all balances will be forfeited after one (1) month from the date of notice.

3.3.
Blocked Accounts

3.3.1
If a User was proven to have committed any fraudulent activity or failed to comply with the T&C, LCH shall notify the User and state therein the violations committed. The User is given seven (7) business days to reply to LCH and failure to do shall result to User’s Member Account closure and shall block User from accessing his Member Account. All remaining balance and bonus shall be forfeited in favor of LCH.

4.1
LCH is committed in promoting responsible gaming among its Users. LCH provides ways for User to control gaming addiction and exclusion from participating in any Games. User may set a limit on the amount to be wagered within a specified period of time.

4.2
If User chooses to exclude himself for an indefinite period, User’s Member Account will be closed and be barred from re-registering on our Website.

4.3
Should you opt for self-exclusion in the manners contemplated above, then you will not be able to reverse this position for at least 7 days, after which you will be able to send an email to the same email address in order to re-activate your access to our Games and re-activate your Member Account.

5.1.
LCH reserves the right to modify the T&C of LCH's Reward Program at any time and without prior notice. If LCH suspects that User is engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the LCH Rewards Program or in breach with LCH's T&C, CASINO may freeze or terminate User’s Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at LCH's absolute discretion.

5.2.
User will automatically be registered on the Rewards Program when User registers a Member Account with LCH.

5.3.
Coins are awarded for maintaining an active status in the User’s Member Account.

5.4.
All necessary information regarding mechanics for award of coins, User’s earned and available coins are provided on the User’s “My Account” page.

5.5.
The amount of coins awarded for specific activities are listed on the Website.

5.6.
Coins awarded to Users can be redeemed at LCH shop only.

5.7.
Coins earned by Users cannot be transferred to other Users.

5.8.
Coin amount is recorded and updated in real-time.

5.9.
Upgrade in User’s membership level is updated immediately on the Member’s Account once User qualifies to the next level.

5.10.
Certain shop offers are only available to Users who have reached a specific program level. 5.11. LCH reserves the right to permanently disable or suspend a User's Reward Program if the User is proven to have committed fraud or attempt to commit fraud.

5.12
LCH reserves the right to revise the rules on forfeiture of coins awarded at any given time.

6.1
Certain provisions laid down in this section refer to the rules, terms and contractual provisions for specific games, which are found in a separate link from this page. The rules linked to this page form an integral part of these T&C and the User shall be deemed to have accepted the special rules upon clicking the “ACCEPT” button on this page.

6.2
LCH promotions are only available to Users of good standing. Users tagged as fraud accounts are disqualified to avail of these promotions.

6.3
Any attempt to circumvent our promotions' terms and conditions by any means will result in forfeiture of the said bonus and associated deposit amount when applicable.

6.4
Live Casino House reserves the right to add/remove bonuses, including cashback and rebate, from the player's account at its own discretion without any prior notice to the players.

7.1.
The User hereby acknowledges and consents to LCH's collection and processing of the User's personal data for the purpose of allowing the User to access the Website.

User may access his/her personal data found in User’s “My Account” and may also update these information from time to time upon notification to LCH.

7.7.
In order to provide the User with an efficient service, LCH and/or its service providers may require the transfer of the User's personal data from one country to another on a world-wide basis. The User hereby consents to the User’s personal data so transferred.

7.8.
When processing the User's Member Account and any associated transactions, LCH may verify User’s information through credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies or anti-money laundering agencies who may keep a record of the User's information. The User hereby consents to such disclosures and is aware that any information collected from these third-parties may be a basis to accept or reject any intended transaction by the User.

7.9.
LCH has installed cookies on its Website which collects information and keep tracks of User’s visit on the Website. Acceptance of these cookies may improve Website navigation and makes it more user-friendly. User may disable and turn-off these cookies and is aware that by doing so, it may restrict his use and download of images which may affect his overall experience in navigation on the Website.

7.10.
LCH conducts marketing promos and announcement of new games thru email, text messages and other available means of communication. If User does not want to receive these marketing promos and announcements, User may disable it in the Website. However, if User would like to be in the loop for these marketing promos and announcement, User must send an email to [email protected]

8.1.
For any concerns, queries or complaints, User may send an email to [email protected] LCH will attend and exert its best effort to resolve a reported matter promptly.

8.2
For queries relating to any User’s transaction, the User may also send an email at [email protected], indicating the complete details, with screenshots of the disputed transactions and any supporting document relating to User’s query. LCH will thoroughly review the matter and render a decision to resolve this. Decisions of LCH are final and binding on the User.

8.3
Player has the right to bring unresolved disputes to Gaming Services Provider N.V via [email protected]

9.1.
The User’s access on the Website and participation in the Games is at his own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.

9.2.
Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, LCH, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

9.2.1.
do not warrant that the software or the Website is/are fit for their purpose;

9.2.2.
do not warrant that the software and Website are free from errors;

9.2.3.
do not warrant that the Website and/or Games will be accessible without interruptions;

9.2.4.
shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or otherwise, arising in relation to the User's access on the Websites or participation in the Games;

9.2.5.
The User hereby agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless LCH, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to the User's use of the Website or participation in the Games.

10.1.
If the User becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games offered on the Website, the User must report this immediately to LCH. LCH reserves the right to investigate, validate and decide on suspicious accounts based on available information and data collected. Information mismatch between player profile and bank account details, sudden change in deposit and withdrawal behavior, questionable account opening and IP usage, deposit amount that is not consistent with wagering activities, suspected account information sharing with previously banned accounts are just some (but not all) of the parameters that we look at to determine if there are irregularities in the account that could be considered as money laundering activities. Once the investigation and validation is complete, reserves the right to confiscate the funds in question and make an appropriate report of the incident. Likewise, additional documents to prove the identity of the player could be requested during this investigation process.

10.2.
LCH may suspend, block or close the User's Member Account and withhold funds therein if found to be suspicious of any money laundering activity, in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

10.3.
Any suspicion of money laundering taking place through the Website shall be reported to the authorities for further investigation. Any funds remaining in the User’s Member Account subject of investigation may be frozen or confiscated by LCH until such time that a resolution of this issued is made by the authorities.

11.1.
If the User commits any breach on the provision of these T&C or LCH has a reasonable ground to suspect that the User has breached them, LCH reserves the right to suspend, close the Member Account, withhold any money in the User's account (including the deposit) and apply such funds for any damages caused by the User.

11.2.
If LCH suspects that the User is engaged in an illegal or fraudulent activities when accessing the Website; or in breach of this Agreement; or that the User has known and existing problems with creditors or otherwise there exists a situation which is detrimental to LCH’s operations, such User’s Member Account and any pending transactions made may be frozen, cancelled or terminated, at the absolute discretion of LCH.

12.1.
LCH is the sole owner of the LCH trademark, its logo and domain (“Trademarks”) and any unauthorized use of these Trademarks may result in prosecution.

The contents and layout of LCH's Website pages are subject to copyright © and database right in the name of LCH. All rights reserved. The copyright in this Website including all text, graphics, code, files and links belongs to LCH and this Website may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without LCH's written consent. The User's registration and use of LCH's system therefore does not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained in our system. 12.3. Links to the Website and any of the pages therein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of LCH.

12.4.
The User agrees not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor LCH web pages or any content therein. Any unauthorized use of reproduction may be prosecuted.

13.1
If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&C and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

14.1
LCH reserve the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. The User’s Member Account registered in this Website is personal to the User and may not be assigned or otherwise transferred to anyone.

15.1.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and LCH with respect to the Website and save in the case of fraud it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and LCH, with respect to this Website.

15.2. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this T&C to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
