You have made a deposit and received a 100% deposit bonus. If you deposit, 100 USD you will have $100 in cash and another $100 in bonus wallet. When you begin to play, you always start playing with your cash first.
You start playing and after a little while, you hit a big win of $400. Your account will state that you now have $500 in cash in addition to the $100 in bonus that hasn’t been played. Since you have the option to withdraw your cash at any time, you can choose to withdraw your $500 cash using one of our provided payment methods. But please be aware that when you withdraw your cash at any time, you will also forfeit your remaining bonus.
Starting out the same way as in example 1, you have $100 in cash and $100 in bonus. This time you play through your $100 cash and finish with a $0.00 cash balance. This is when your bonus money activates. Since you are playing with bonus money, you must meet the wagering requirement (usually 40 times the bonus amount).
From this point on, all the money in your account will remain as bonus money until the wagering requirement has been met, even if the balance goes above the original bonus amount. Once the wagering requirement is met, your total bonus balance will turn into cash.
Before you can withdraw your bonus cash, you need to fulfill the wagering requirement attached to the specific bonus that you received. The standard wagering requirement that applies for Casino bonuses is 40 times the received bonus amount, but wagering requirements may vary for different games.

Withdrawals
In case you change your mind and want to cancel a deposit and withdraw your money before you have met the wagering requirement it is important that you do not gamble the bonus that you have received. Just contact our customer service team and we'll remove the bonus and approve your withdrawal.
If you do not wish to take advantage of the Bonus, and be tied into any associated wagering requirements, thereby allowing you to be able to withdraw your winnings at any time, then just contact our customer service team upon receiving the bonus and we'll remove it from your account.
You can request a withdrawal of your deposited amount without having met the wagering requirement. Should you choose to do this, you can only withdraw the amount that you deposited which triggered the bonus, under the terms that the entire bonus sum remains. For example: You deposit 1,000 ฿ and we offer you 1,000 ฿ as a deposit bonus. There is then 2,000 ฿ in your account. Before meeting the wagering requirement (which is usually 40 times the bonus amount) you wish to withdraw your deposited amount (1,000 ฿). We will then retract the bonus and any winnings before we can approve your requested withdrawal. If you have already gambled part of the total balance on your account you can only request a withdrawal of the remaining amount after the bonus sum has been returned to Live Casino House.

3. Locked Bonus
Locked Bonuses are given out by Live Casino House casino to random players at unspecified times throughout the year. A Locked Bonus is an amount of bonus locked to a specific game or category of games. Once this bonus has been received we will post a popup displaying which game(s) the bonus is valid on.
